About Your Therapist

Hi, I’m Connie - licensed massage therapist and founder of Fluid Fibers Massage. My work is rooted in helping people find ease, connection, and a sense of being at home in their bodies. I approach each session with curiosity and care, blending intuitive touch with a deep appreciation for anatomy and movement.

I began my path in the world of movement through yoga, completing my 200 hour teacher training in 2015 at CorePower Yoga. A few years later, I attended DiscoveryPoint School of Massage in Seattle, graduating in 2018. During my year there, I fell completely in love with the human body and deepened my appreciation for what it can do. The way our bodies adapt, hold stories, and find new patterns continues to inspire my practice every day.

After having my daughter in late 2019 (and, like many, navigating the whirlwind that followed with COVID), I took a step back from teaching and massage. During that time, I picked up knitting and started what is truly a grounding and creative practice and outlet that helped me connect back to who I am. That love for working with fibers and finding flow eventually became part of the inspiration for the name Fluid Fibers Massage.

In January 2024, I returned to teaching yoga. Later that same year, I helped open a combined yoga and massage studio. It was a truly rewarding chapter of connection and growth. Now, as of December 2025, I have opened my own dedicated massage space where I can fully focus on offering individualized, restorative bodywork.

Outside the treatment room, I’m a maker at heart. I love knitting and crafting, cooking for friends and family, and spending time outdoors - whether it’s a long walk with a good audiobook, catching up with a friend, or making my way out for a hike. Born and raised in the Seattle area, I’m happiest surrounded by the people (and places) I love. I also have a deep fascination with the body’s design and could happily nerd out for hours about musculoskeletal anatomy and other wonders of how we move and heal.

At the end of the day, what brings me joy, both in work and in life, is connection. I’m grateful to share that through my hands, my practice, and the wonderful community around me.
